If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we will offer a refund, provided the reasons are valid and verified after a thorough investigation. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order placed on our website, iconsolutionskota.in, by submitting a cancellation request to info@iconsolutionskota.in, or by contacting our support team.

Valid Reasons for Cancellation Include:

  • Order placed by mistake
  • Incorrect item ordered

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver designs and products that meet our clients’ expectations. However, if a client is not fully satisfied, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • A cancellation requested by the customer will incur a deduction of 18% (3% Payment Gateway Fees + 15% Other Processing Fees) from the total order amount.
  • If the order has already been shipped, 18% (3% Payment Gateway Fees + 15% Other Processing Fees) will be deducted, along with the cost of forward shipping and Return to Origin (RTO) shipping charges.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice, for any reason. In such cases, a full 100% refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In some cases, we may require additional information such as bank details or a Paytm number to manually process the refund.

Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
