Return and Refund Policy – Icon Solutions Kota

    At Icon Solutions Kota, we offer a return and/or refund option under specific conditions. Please note that not all products under each category have the same return policy.

    Product Types and Return/Refund Policy:

    Note: Product type is listed under the “Additional Information” tab on the product page. The return policy is divided into three parts. Please read each section carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.


    Part 1 – Categories, Return Window, and Applicable Actions

    Part 2 – Return Pick-Up and Processing

    Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

    • The product must be packed securely with all accessories originally included.
    • The order ID and quality check mark must be visible on the product.
    • The product’s original packaging must be undamaged, unused, and free from stains, with any quality or warranty seals intact.
    • The return should be sent to the address provided by our support team at the time of the return.
    • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
    • Returns are accepted only for orders above Rs. 249.

    Additional conditions for return rejection:

    • If the customer refuses to accept the shipment at the time of delivery (delivery attempts will be made by the courier).
    • If the shipping address is out of bounds at the time of delivery (the product should be collected from the courier’s office).
    • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery (delivery attempts will be made by the courier).
    • If the customer requests a future delivery date (delivery attempts will be made by the courier).

    Refunds or replacements will be processed only once the returned product is received and inspected.


    Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

    • Refunds will be provided for applicable items according to the conditions mentioned.
    • If you receive a different or damaged product at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a refund. Once delivery is accepted, no return request will be processed, and specific conditions for replacement/returns will apply.
    • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. In some cases, we may require bank details or a Paytm number to process refunds manually.
    • Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
    • All refunds will be partial, as order processing and other online charges will be deducted.
