Shipping and Delivery Policy – Icon Solutions Kota

• Prepaid Orders: We deliver prepaid orders only within India, including coverage of small villages, towns, districts, and major cities across the country.
• Delivery Time:
  • Major Cities: 2 days
  • Districts: 3 days
  • Small/Remote Areas (including North East States): 4-6 days.
  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on your location relative to our dispatch center.
• Order Processing:
  • Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are typically processed for shipping the same day, provided payment is received, card security checks are complete, and stock is available.
  • During peak periods (such as holidays), processing and shipping delays may occur.
• Delivery Exceptions:
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or rural domestic addresses that require additional delivery time.
  • If your selected product is marked “Out of Stock” after ordering, we will notify you. You can either request a refund or wait for the item to be back in stock.
• Shipping via India Post:
  • If the customer selects India Post as the shipping option, please note the following:
    • Delivery times are uncertain.
    • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
    • Tracking information is limited, as India Post does not provide live status updates for shipments.
  • Customers who choose India Post do so at their own risk.
• Cancellation and Refunds: In case of order cancellations, refunds will be processed in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Note: Icon Solutions Kota reserves the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer into a single shipment if any of the orders are pending dispatch.
